It’s Time to Register for Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten at Gimmie A Break
August has arrived and that means that school will begin in just two weeks! School will
Preschool Spanish Lessons for Toddlers
be back in session beginning August 27th, and we’d love to have the opportunity to prepare your child for Kindergarten. We have a broad curriculum that’s been steadily improving over the years. It’s based on the TEKS Pre-K guidelines (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills), which are the state standards for what students should know and be able to do across all subject areas. Reminders for our current preschoolers:
– Register your child at the Front Desk by Friday, Aug. 17th.
– Reserve your spot by paying the required $25 supply fee.
– Supply current immunization records on or before Aug. 27th. This is required before registering for 2012-13 school year.
– Please send a backpack for the first day of school, and send to school daily. We will be sending home a daily folder for every child.

Summer Camp at Gimmie A Break
Gimmie A Break’s Weekly Summer Camp is a great way to keep your kids busy while ending the summer with a bang! In addition to cooling off with sprinkler play and a water slide on Wet-N-Wild Wednesdays, we also have a “WET” Friday Field Day with plenty of water added to the relays and races. There are a variety of indoor activities as well, including Beginner Spanish, Stretch-N-Grow FunTastic Fitness, Cheerleading and a Football Sports clinic, Hip-Hop Dance, and so much more! New Stretch-N-Grow Activities Added!!!
Stretch-N-Grow introduced a Sports Clinic during the summer time and the kids loved it! Based on the popularity of the clinic, Stretch-n-Grow will be continuing their sports clinic every Tuesday @ 12:15pm by teaching Basketball, Soccer, Football, and Baseball skills. They will also come every Thursday @ 12:15pm for Funtastic Fitness!
Each class is $5.00 and paid directly to SNG via cash,check, or credit card.
